The successful candidate will have experience managing a full desk including ATS/CRM/VMS systems, building and growing a customer base, continuous recruiting for open and anticipated positions, behavioral interviewing, and general employment law/compliance standards.We are looking for individuals who value teamwork and can self motivate to work independently. Those who truly enjoy the celebration of meaningful work for themselves and others.This is a generously commissioned contract position intended for advancement into a semi-independent ownership role or promotion within our corporate/staffing Leadership Team. You must live in the Greater Tucson-Pima-Nogales MSA, including Phoenix, AZ. You may work remotely in your own space, use our Tucson office, or elect a hybrid of the two.
