Seeking to hire Full Desk Recruiters in the fields of IT, Engineering, Finance, Professional and Executive Search. The successful candidates are required to bring some of their own accounts/relationships, working a full-desk. We believe if you are a great recruiter, people will follow you! Position:

Full-Desk Recruiter/Sales

Duration:

Full-time (Base + commissions) OR Commission only.

Location:

Remote (Work From Home)

Rate:

Salary + Industry Leading Commissions + Bonuses

Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting desk, generating client business through your own leads, negotiating fee agreements, presenting resumes, negotiating rates, scheduling interviews, working directly with the clients and consultants.

Required Skills
  • Current/Prior experience in Recruiting and working directly with end clients, enjoys working both sides of the desk
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking/Sales Systems
  • Experience creating basic Excel spreadsheets and Word docs.
  • Experience using sourcing tools, such as Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn
  • Must have excellent written and presentation skills
  • Must have a book of business to develop and grow new business
  • Setup to work from your home office
  • College Degree (desired)
  • We are willing to consider other Industry verticals as well if you have a current book of business.
