Mission: 

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager at PolicyBind, you will be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate marketing program. This role involves recruiting new affiliates, managing existing relationships, optimizing performance, and ensuring the growth and success of our affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving successful affiliate marketing campaigns. This individual will take a leadership position in maximizing our efforts to develop our consumer reach. This individual will be responsible for the diversification of our traffic sources and expanding our current affiliate base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Program Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic, leads,calls, clicks and sales for our insurance products.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates through regular communication, performance reviews, and incentives.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize conversions and ROI.
  • Marketing Materials: Create and distribute marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and email templates, to support affiliate campaigns.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on affiliate program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall company goals.

Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with affiliate management and digital marketing
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferable in the insurance industry
  • Experience with performance marketing and CPA (Cost Per Action) campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Here's the core competencies that will make you successful in this role:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with affiliate management and digital marketing. Preferred experience includes: performance marketing and CPA (Cost Per Action) campaigns, knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising and familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance industry
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
