This includes, but is not limited to, correction and/or creation to policy lines of business, issuing customer refunds, and writing off of fees Export/receive and save monthly insurance company commission statement dataCompile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly carrier transaction reportsMail customer notifications for returned/disputed paymentsCalculate and issue refunds for customer overpayments Add refund check data to customer accountsVerify accuracy of customer refund and return premium checksLog and track returned mailQualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred1-3 years of experience in insurance, banking, finance, or consumer loan industries requiredPreferred Skills Working knowledge of Windows, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office Effective oral and written communications skills Ability to thrive in a high-paced setting, work under pressure, and meet required deadlinesStrong time management and organizational skillsOther DutiesThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
