Job Title: Recruiter
Job Status: Full time – in office – hourly
Compensation: $22.00 per hour + bonus
Job Overview: As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job positions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients' HR department and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and place employees on a temp-to-hire basis.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants
Follow up with candidates and provide feedback to hiring managers
Conduct background checks and reference checks for selected candidates
Facilitate onboarding process for applicants
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Assist in collecting timeslips and hours from our clients
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition or human resources
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
