Our Stable Value Operations team is seeking an individual who is interested in collaborating with our business and global operations partners with the mindset of identifying risk and developing processes and procedures to mitigate that risk, while maintaining a high degree of client satisfaction.
OUR IMPACT Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales, trading, and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve the firms assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that make the business flow. Stable Value Operations is a portfolio control and analysis team that is focused on the stable value asset class. The team is structured as an end-to-end workflow team in which each individual becomes a stable value specialist. The individual will work in a team atmosphere covering all aspects of Operations from client on-boarding, reconciliations, and reporting, to portfolio analysis, and client and third party engagement. Stable Value Operations is based in Burlington, Vermont where our collaborative atmosphere encourages innovation and creative solutions to resolve complex investment challenges.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of stable value portfolio management and control by interacting with Client Portfolio Managers, Portfolio Managers, Legal, Compliance, Guidelines, Technology, and Fixed Income Operations in order to work toward the shared goal of risk mitigation Showcase your attention to detail and critical thinking as you assist with project initiatives designed to improve data delivery and workflow automation Act as liaison between operations, business, marketing, risk, technology, legal, trustees, custodian banks, issuers, consultants, and clients Exercise oversight of processing performed by third party vendors - monitoring controls execution, break resolution performance, and portfolio data quality Manage the client reporting process from reconciliation to report publishing & distribution Execute on client implementation and other specialized client account changes Collaborate with business development and portfolio management teams for recurring consultant database and questionnaire submissions
