Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Assemblers to join our team. The primary role involves assembling fiber optic cables and products, adhering to established instructions, and maintaining quality and production standards. Candidates will be trained on the specifics of photonic cable assembly but must already be comfortable working with wires and cables. Responsibilities also include adhering to safety protocols, achieving production quotas, and using basic problem-solving skills to address daily operational challenges.
Hard Skills
1+ Year of Assembly Experience
Experience with small part assembly
Ability to use measurement tools
Familiarity with standard and metric measurements
Soft Skills
Comfortable with small parts
Ability to read, write and speak English
Basic problem-solving skills
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols

This is a contract position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Tualatin, Oregon.
Work Environment
Clean room environment manufacturing fiber optics, requiring basic gown like a lab coat. Shifts are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with frequent overtime on Fridays.
