In this position, you will perform bookkeeping and clerical work that directly supports our department, our staff, and the children we serve. For generating payments, this position follows a standard checklist to review all bills for accuracy, track payment amounts and timeframes, contact vendors in regards to disputes for clarification, and other duties as assigned. You will track revenues and provide support documentation to the county and maintain records of this for the agency. This position also posts information from county payroll reports. Additionally, you will maintain spreadsheets on child placement and cross walk this data to related spreadsheets on foster parents, expenditures for children in placement, medical assistance eligibility, and more.
