We are a fast-growing RIA with a clearly defined niche and are looking to hire a Virtual Financial Advisor! Having just shattered the $100M AUM milestone, our founder needs to expand the advisory team so he can focus on the marketing engine. Poised for growth, after successfully hiring our first advisor, we are now ready to find the next person in line to care for our clients. We are seeking a dedicated self-starter who can be the primary Advisor for our newly onboarding clients in as little as six months. We believe in delivering massive client value, and we hope to find someone just as passionate as we are in helping a million people retire!
You will be an experienced and credentialed CFP, who has exposure to complex clients with estate and tax issues. Initially, you will be working in concert with our Lead Advisor, learning and soaking in the existing strategies, philosophies and infrastructure. The role will be in support of him and the client set, attending and eventually contributing to client meetings and conversations, managing the follow up, and managing the plan. There is a project manager feel to this role as you naturally ensure that details are locked in. You act as quarterback extremely well. You are the opposite of the traditional advisor. You are eager to be in an environment with fresh ideas, where leveraging new concepts and methods is supported and encouraged. You love systems and processes. You are curious about AI and live and breathe Excel and Google Sheets. You thrive on maximizing technology and always look for ways to incorporate efficiencies.
In this role, you can expect to come onboard between surge cycles so you can get your bearings and learn who we are, who our clients are and all that we do for them. Your first surge cycle will be shadowing the Lead Advisor and being introduced to our client set, as well as the majority of post-surge follow up. You will eventually become the primary Advisor for new relationships, and this could occur in your second surge cycle, or after a bit more time, depending on what experience you bring with you. The intention is for you to manage your own set of new client relationships sooner rather than later so that we can continue to build. You will have some operational support, but the majority of client needs are handled by you. The number one goal for this role is for you to be able to focus on being the world's greatest advisor for our clients and their needs. We are dedicated to making our client's retirement even better . We want to leverage your planning skills to build on the decades of our client's hard work and saving for an even better result for their retirement.
We have a thriving podcast marketing strategy with over 50K downloads per month so there is no prospecting requirement. During our surge off-season, you will assist with ad hoc projects like working with our compliance consultant. It would be a bonus if you are open to being on our podcast to answer listener questions or discuss planning topics.
