The Hive Java Lounge in El Paso, TX is looking for one barista to join our team. We are located on 1505 George Dieter Dr #115. We are hiring for our new location that will be located at the corner of North Loop and Yarbrough.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.
We need someone dependable that is on time to their shifts and does not call in habitually
Responsibilities
Qualifications (No barista experience needed)
Pay will start at minimum ($7.25) BUT after a month you will start receiving tips which will increase your hourly pay by about $2.50 and hour. And after your three month probation period we can re-visit your pay for an increase.
