Job Summary As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting various customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer. You'll build ongoing relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders to ensure their draft systems are serviced properly and serve great beer as the brewmaster intended!
Responsibilities and Duties Draft Beer Quality Technicians clean beer lines in restaurants and bars along their assigned routes. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, high integrity, self-motivation, and willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service.
Full-time hours with work scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm but exact start/end times will fluctuate based on assigned route and needs.
(no nights, early mornings, or weekends but regular overtime opportunities are available)
No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Starting Pay - 2 weeks of training at a rate of $19.25/hr. Post-training rate begins at $3.30 per beer line cleaned.
- The average full-time employee cleans 350-450 beer lines per two-week pay period.
- Gas mileage reimbursement (0.67 cents/mile) for all business miles traveled from the first account of the day to the last account of the day.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
