Wiedemann Brewery and Pub is looking for a general manager to oversee its growing taproom and restaurant business in Cincinnati. Full-service restaurant experience and familiarity with craft beer required. The ideal candidate will be in charge of all retail operations including hiring, scheduling, menu planning, entertainment, events and marketing for a growing brewpub in a safe walkable neighborhood 5 miles north of downtown Cincinnati. Family-owned Wiedemanns has a full-service kitchen, indoor and outdoor seating for about 200, and live music weekly. Compensation will be tied to performance and growth in revenue and profits.
