Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, ABV, CVA, and/or ASA certifications preferred.
• Oversee valuation operations and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Engage with clients to define valuation purposes and scopes.
• Conduct company research, industry analysis, and financial modeling.
• Build and manage DCF models, CAPMs, and WACCs.
• Draft comprehensive business valuation reports.
• Develop client relationships and participate in business development activities.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with BV database tools.
