What You’ll Do:
• Lead and inspire a team of sales reps to provide top-tier service to local homeowners.
• Hire, train, and mentor your team to meet targets while fostering a positive work culture.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy call center, helping customers find the best solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3-5 years of experience managing inbound/outbound call center sales teams.
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to guide clients and overcome objections.
