Job Title: Carpenter's Helper

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Carpenter's Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner, and assisting Carpenters as needed. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our remodeling projects.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a box truck to transport materials and client selections to and from job sites.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck, performing routine inspections and reporting any issues or maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Perform routine clean-outs on job sites. - Assist carpenters when needed.- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely arrivals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles, preferably in a construction or remodeling environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to commercial driving.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
