We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team as Catering Event Staff. We have openings for both Servers and Bartenders who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages, while the Server will ensure the seamless delivery of food and beverages to our guests.
Bartender Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at catering events, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of drink recipes, including classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Set up and organize the bar area prior to each event, ensuring cleanliness and presentation.
- Engage with guests professionally, providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing requests.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown tasks, including moving and arranging furniture, glassware, and other equipment.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a catering or hospitality environment should be clearly listed in your application.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry objects weighing 10-25 pounds, such as trays of food or beverage supplies, and perform tasks requiring physical movement, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Bartenders must hold a relevant certification (e.g., TIPS certification) and indicate this in their application.
Successful completion of a background check and E-Verify confirmation of work authorization are required for employment.
Pay: The pay range for the Catering Event Staff positions ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience and position.
