Job Summary:

The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior management team, providing leadership and direction across the organization. This role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and analytical skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, assisting with decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives, working closely with department heads and project managers to ensure successful implementation.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and other executives, staff, and external partners to ensure clear and effective dissemination of information.
  • Lead special projects, providing strategic insights and ensuring outcomes align with company objectives.
  • Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the executive team to facilitate efficient decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation and facilitation of leadership meetings and company-wide events.
  • Monitor the progress of key initiatives, projects, and outcomes, reporting on these activities to the CEO.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff, executives, and senior leaders regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, and proposals.
  • Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action, and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to decide on and guide toward the “big picture” while understanding the details necessary to get there.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and customers.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to lead projects to completion within tight deadlines.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
