*We have openings for a Cleaning Tech position in our residential construction division. This would be for multiple new home construction locations throughout Pasco and Hernando County. Must have reliable transportation. Shift would be about 6-8 hours each day about 3-4 days per week. **The end time hours and days can/will vary based on different day to day circumstances. We also have open positions at multiple locations with varying schedules throughout Tampa and the surrounding cities. Please visit to learn more about us.

**Job duties include, but are not limited to, Vacuuming, Lifting large bags of trash, Cleaning/Sanitizing restrooms, Dusting, Sweeping and Mopping.

***Must be able to pass a National background check.

Pay rate: $15.00 Starting (Hourly)
*Paydays are twice a month on the 15th and 30th of each month. If the 15th or 30th falls on a weekend then payday will be the Monday after.
