Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to serve at Grace Home, our long-term care facility in Graceville, Minnesota. This CNA serves on a part-time basis on the evening shift, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Every other weekend and rotating holidays are required. This position has a 20-hour weekly schedule, but the hours per week can be flexible for the right candidate.This position is responsible for providing direct resident care according to the resident’s individualized plan of care under the supervision of the Charge Nurse according to the philosophy, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Assistant Certification through the State of Minnesota Aide Registry and must be in good standing; or must be enrolled in a nursing assistant class and complete certification within four months of hire.

Shift Start/End: 2:00 pm/10:30 pm

Hours Per Pay Period: 40

Compensation Range: $18.09 - $27.14 / hour
