We are seeking Individuals who have completed a minimum of a 4-year college degree and are driven and entrepreneurial to join our Investment Sales Team as an Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Executive .

 

This is a 2-year hands-on training position combined with real-world experience that will allow you to:

  • Launch your career into a successful commercial real estate agent.
  • quickly learn how to build a successful team and developing your own book of business.
  • be mentored by a Senior agent who will teach you every aspect of survival and success in Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales.


This is a 100% commission sales position. Earning potential may exceed above 6 figures to candidates who are entrepreneurial, motivated, eager to get on the phone and meet clients, ready to learn and ready to earn. For over 112 years, we have been perfecting our training and mentorship program, you will master the art of real estate sales while being guided by amazing Power Brokers in a dynamic culture. Sales experience is a plus but not necessary. If you are Coachable, have the ability not to deviate from our lessons, never slow down and repeat, you are on the right track.

A day in the life of our agents often includes:

  • Researching ownership records, market data and industry trends
  • Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources
  • Attending networking and industry events
  • Presenting marketing proposals to clients
  • Negotiating exclusive listing agreements
  • Marketing exclusive listings to qualified buyers and negotiating offers
  • Advising clients on their individualized real estate investment strategies
  • Willing to make at least 400 call a week
  • Willing to go to 2 to 5 appointments a week
  • Always maintain 10 Exclusive Listings at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive
  • Ability to make and keep business relationships
  • Track record of success: sports, personal achievements, or leadership roles
  • Willing to constantly expand your knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
  • Desire to build a team of positive, success-minded individuals
  • Real estate license (not required for initial interview)
