AmeriPro Roofing, an industry leading Roofing Contractor, is now hiring a Commercial Roofing Superintendent. The Superintendent will be instrumental in scaling our existing business unit. The Commercial Roofing Superintendent will provide leadership, vision, and direction to our Commercial Sales and Field Technicians. They will be responsible for expanding our impact in markets nationwide through business development, fostering customer relationships, overseeing project management, field operations, and administration. The Commercial Roofing Superintendent will report to the Vice President of Sales. 

The Construction Roofing Superintendent will work hand in hand with the VP in creating the market strategies, budget and needs for growth and development to meet the company's objectives. In this role they will leverage the AmeriPro brand to develop relationships with industry professionals resulting in new business opportunities. The Commercial Project Superintendent will also train, coach, motivate, and lead all team members to meet their markets' revenue and customer service goals. 

The Construction Roofing Superintendent is responsible for sales and production oversight including but not limited to ensuring revenue targets are met, the production team meets the company margin goals, standard quality expectations are met, company deliverable schedules and all other goals are achieved. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for creating the organizational sales strategy to secure commercial and multi-family property. This includes identifying client verticals, identifying client prospects, marketing strategy, team development, and tracking. (High-Value Target Identification within your designated Markets) 

  • Responds to regional events as dictated by volume and project load. 

  • Full-fill any aspect of project team in Storm Responses. 

  • Serves as a manager, mentor, and thoughtful leader who oversees day-to-day field operations and client relationships; entails assigning tasks and guiding teams through issue escalations and client interactions and meeting with clients directly to cultivate long-term relationships. 

  • Use data analysis to inform business planning and set the direction for the company's customer experience initiatives. 

  • Provide technically proficient highest-ranking representation on projects in their respective markets 

  • Developing, overseeing, and managing projects involving restoration losses and clients' construction projects. 

  • Oversee overall operational, management, and fiscal responsibility in completing the AmeriPro Roofing process and its primary spokesperson. 

  • Consult with the Operational Field and Sales Team daily to create and deliver exceptional customer service. 

  • Assist with directing and communicating activities of all the assigned job team members. 

  • Site visits and scheduled client meetings when required

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ year’s supervisory experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in building construction trades preferred and a clear understanding of the business side of construction.
  • Bachelors Degree in Construction, engineering, architecture related fields or equivalent training and experience
  • Demonstrated sales, business development skills and product knowledge.
  • Certifications-OSHA 30 Hour and First aid/CPR certification is a plus
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop recommendations and solutions. 

  • Proven ability to recruit, hire and train Field Technicians, subcontractors and Commercial Sales reps.

  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures. 

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). 

  • Demonstrated ability to make effective executive level presentations. 

  • Possess self-motivation, determination, and persistence, even when confronted with rejection. 

  • Must possess excellent customer service skills and be results oriented. 

  • Ability to task prioritize to ensure deadlines are met. 

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
