Job Opportunity: Superintendent

Are you a seasoned Superintendent with a passion for managing ground-up commercial projects? A leading Houston-based General Contractor is seeking a dynamic professional to oversee exciting projects across diverse sectors, including K-12, Office, Healthcare, and Medical , with values up to $60M .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and addressing potential delays or challenges.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Enforce compliance with OSHA safety regulations and implement site-specific safety plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design.
• Manage material deliveries and inventory, ensuring availability of required resources.
• Facilitate pre-construction and project status meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
• Provide detailed progress reports to Project Managers and company leadership.
• Maintain a strong client relationship by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent managing ground-up commercial projects.
• Qualifications: OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
