***Content Developer***

***Hybrid in Nutley, NJ***

***Up to $40/hr on W2***

***MUST have experience in updating and developing MSL resources (i.e.: reactive decks), advisory boards, and training decks***

Description:

The Medical Affairs Content Developer will support the Oncology Medical Communications team and is responsible for the creation and development of scientific and medical content for use by Global and US Medical Affairs and Field Medical external activities and training.

Responsibilities:

• Development and regular update of high-quality internal and external medical resources for assigned therapeutic areas and assets (including but not limited to MSL slide decks, advisory board materials, internal training and other scientific exchange resources)
• Ensure development of scientific content is relevant, accurate, and aligns with the Medical Communications strategy
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
• Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on latest publications to integrate new information into existing resources
• Participate in medical meetings and advisory boards to gather insights and contribute to the development of scientific content
• Follow appropriate review and approval processes according to policies and procedures
• Workflow task management and tracking of multiple projects

Minimum Requirements:

• Advanced degree in medical and/or scientific field required (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MS, etc…)
• 2-4 years of medical writing or content development experience required
• At least 2 years of experience in a medical affairs role within the pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Solid understanding of oncology therapeutic area required
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently

Key Skills, Competencies and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to analyze and interpret scientific literature, and incorporate data in existing and new medical resources
• Veeva Vault experience is preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to interpret feedback (verbal or written) from key stakeholders and apply to deliverables
• Desire to innovate and work in a fast paced, energetic environment with multiple priorities
