Description SBS is seeking a
Content Strategist to join our Marketing team. The
Content Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business goals. - Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

What to expect: In this role, you will:
- Create and execute a holistic content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and brand voice.
- Identify target audience segments and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content strategies across all marketing channels.
- Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, email, podcasts, webinars, and video.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
- Collaborate with a team of writers, designers, and external agencies to produce compelling content.
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Continuously refine and optimize content based on performance data and industry trends.
- Craft and maintain a consistent brand narrative across all content pieces.
- Develop engaging content that resonates with our audience and reinforces our brand values.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
- Foster a strong connection with our audience through interactive and engaging content.
- Utilize social media and other platforms to build and nurture relationships with followers and customers.
- Encourage user-generated content and community participation.
- Develop and execute content distribution plans to maximize reach and impact.

Qualifications Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field required. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role in a B2B environment required.
- Ability to provide content samples or portfolio required.
- Experience in a technical or cybersecurity-related field preferred.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools and platforms preferred.
Additional Details: This is a full-time position. This role would require occasional travel. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. On rare occasions, this position may require some after-work hours due to workload or tight deadline.
