Our fast-paced growing insurance agency is seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born service and sales person! As a full-time Service and Sales Producer you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

**Must be fluent in Russian, both written and spoken.

• Take inbound calls, make outbound calls to connect with new business clients via telephone.
• Explain policy coverage and customize their policy to their personal needs.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Manage appointment calendar, calls, and emails.

• Must be fluent in Russian, both written and spoken.
• Life Licensed in Texas, preferable
• Property & Casualty Licensed in Texas, preferable
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable, and work under pressure!
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Be a fantastic presenter
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
• Must enjoy talking with people and be confident on the phone
• Must be 18 or older (background check will be performed)
• Have no felonies
• Must have reliable transportation
