Customer Service Associate (Market)

Pay range: $18-$20/hr


Responsibilities:


•Answer incoming customer service calls.


•Assure all urgent requests are handled promptly.


•Organize and communicate customer repair schedules.


•Collect customer feedback.


Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
