A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Remote Customer Services Representative in the Buffalo NY, Minneapolis MN, Pittsburgh PA, Richardson TX, and San Diego CA Area. The Customer Service Representative would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Remote Customer Services Representative Compensation

• The pay for this position is $16.50 - $18 per Hour Depending on location and Experience
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Remote Customer Services Representative Highlights

• The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday with a varied schedule
• During our busy season you will be expected to work a 40-hour week and overtime when requested.
• During our off season, your hours will fluctuate between 32 to 40 hours depending on client need.
• NO WEEKEND SHIFTS! Monday through Friday only!
• Need to be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between 7AM-8PM.

Remote Customer Services Representative Responsibilities

• Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in a respectful, accurate, timely manner, consistently meeting commitments via phone, email, and instant message.
• Ability to customize customer service approach to meet all types of member communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism, and diplomacy during difficult calls.
• Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements.
• Skillfully translate health and welfare and pension terms, complex plan information and processes into simple explanations and instructions that customers can understand and act upon.
• Read and understand clients plan documents and online knowledgebase tools while collecting relevant information to determine immediate requests/questions and to anticipate the future needs of the member.

Remote Customer Services Representative Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Remote Customer Services Representative Preferences

• Call Center Experience
• Any Experience handling Phone Calls
