Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive D365 Master Data Manager to oversee the governance, integrity, and management of master data within the Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy across all business processes. This role will also be responsible for developing data governance frameworks and ensuring the consistency and reliability of critical business data.
As a core function, this role will lead the creation, standardization, and maintenance of master data within D365 F&O, ensuring alignment with business objectives. They will play a leading role in defining data governance policies, improving data quality, and supporting the accurate flow of information throughout the organization. The D365 Master Data Manager will also ensure that data is effectively utilized in areas such as finance, operations, inventory, and supply chain management.
As an adjunct function, they will provide training and support to end users, develop and maintain data documentation, and collaborate with IT and business units to address data-related issues and improvements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, managing data governance initiatives, and driving process improvements that enhance data accuracy and accessibility across the organization.
