We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry/Office Assistant to join our Buffalo office team. In this role, you will support our consulting operations through efficient data management, administrative support, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Partial remote work opportunity! Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems. Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as electronic filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence. Report set up and issuance: Provide electronic delivery of proposals, contracts, and final reports, etc. Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 plus years of experience in a similar capacity; Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a data entry or administrative support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members and clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
