Delivery Driver

Type of Work: Full-Time
Shift Availability: Mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: 191 Rte 130, Bordentown, NJ 08505

About the Role:

As a Delivery Driver, you will be primarily responsible for delivering products and ensure orders are delivered to our guests promptly. You will act as a Brand Ambassador deliver top-notch customer service and educating guests on our products. When deliveries are not scheduled, you will assist guests on the sales floor.

What You'll Do: 
  • Provide prompt, secure and professional delivery services to guests.
  • Maintain Company delivery vehicle, perform basic vehicle checks and fluid levels.
  • Upload documentation of delivery, maintenance, and compliance forms into proper electronic database.
  • Plan routes using both computer and mobile electronic devices.
  • Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
  • Create a positive customer experience to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Update patient dispensation records per state regulations.
Who You Are:
  • Tech savvy, able to use software and mapping programs to navigate and complete deliveries.
  • 25+ years of age
  • You have at least six months of related experience and/or training
  • You have 1+ years of customer service or sales experience
  • Valid Driver's License with excellent, clean, driving record
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with LeafLogix and OnFleet is a plus
  • Flexibility and availability regarding scheduling-must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
