Performing root cause analysis, diagnose and correlate all necessary information to determine the appropriate course of action, and escalate unresolved issues.

Ensuring the team has the resources and skills to troubleshoot any technical issues within the Adobe Experience Manager platform.
Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Implementing SEO best practices to enhance search engine visibility and rankings.
In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with content management, ecommerce, pricing/promotions, website design as a product owner.
Experience managing front end and back end digital journeys for ecommerce transactions in an agile environment.
Technical knowledge in website infrastructure.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Data driven with ability to analyze, understand and decipher insights from available analytics.
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems across the digital ecosystem.
Executive communication skills; written, oral and presentation to tell an impactful story.
Leading teams in relevant experience roles.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $139,000.00 and $282,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
