Foundation Repair of CA, a regional leader in the foundation, crawl space and concrete repair industry, is seeking to expand our sales team. In this role you will consult with homeowners at appointments we have scheduled for you. Your goal? To discover why the customer wants to fix their problem now, diagnose the issues they are experiencing with their home and provide the best solution for them.

What We Need for this Role

• 1+ years of experience in the residential real estate, home inspection, construction, concrete or home improvement industries is a plus, but not required
• 2+ years of sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
• Ability to walk, kneel and crawl in crawl spaces is required
• A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and the ability to obtain a CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson card
• The ability to drive a reliable personal car to and from sales appointments
• Skill in operating computer software (we will train you)
• Be comfortable and confident with a 100% commission-based salary
