Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support their CEO located in Arlington, VA through early December, starting ASAP!
About the Job:
* Provide calendaring/scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics support.
* Ensure the CEO is well informed and prepared for upcoming meetings, commitments, and responsibilities.
* Manage board meeting logistics, expense reports, and troubleshooting requests.
* Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and communications.
* Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.
About You:
* 5+ years of relevant C-suite executive support experience.
* A bachelor's degree in communications, business, or a related field is required; A master's is preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and Macs is required.
* Ability to speak French or Spanish is preferred.
* Excellent oral/written communication, organizational, and calendar management skills.
* Ability to travel with the CEO up to 20% of the time is required.
About the Position:
* $30/hr-$37/hr, depending on experience.
* Minimum of 2 months, potential to extend.
* Hybrid schedule with 2 days/week onsite.
* Metro accessible in Arlington, VA.
