Core Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes and install new oil filters and drain plugs
• Check and replenish vehicle fluids
• Check and replace batteries as needed
• Rotate, mount and balance tires according to vehicle specifications
• Complete minor services such as replacing filters, wiper blades, etc.
• Perform multi-point inspections, taking detailed notes of vehicle condition and recommended maintenance for the Service Advisor to communicate to the customer
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience performing routine vehicle maintenance services and minor repairs preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
• ASE certifications or certification from an automotive school is a plus!
• Effective written and verbal communication and general computer skills
• Demonstrates thorough workmanship, strong attention to detail and good time management
• Must own a basic set of automotive tools
• A valid driver's license and have a clean driving record are required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Hours and Work Environment The Service Department is open Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm and Saturday 7am – 4pm. This is a full-time position with a 5-day workweek and a set schedule. Saturday availability is a requirement. You will have Sundays and one weekday off each week. Our technicians enjoy working comfortably in an air-conditioned shop.
