• Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives.
• Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan.
• Create customized financial plans using the products and services we offer based on each client’s potential life and financial needs.
• Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisors.
• Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services.

• Life & Accident health license or the ability to acquire both.
• Relationship Management skills are required.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit.
• Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas is required.
• Strong relationship management skills and/or experience required.
• The ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients is a must.
• SIE and Series 6 or the ability to obtain both within 6-12 months.
