Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Type: Project-Based Consulting Role Location: Remote Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to support this team.
Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential hires.
Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to identify the best fit for the client's requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the client's hiring managers, providing a seamless recruitment experience.
Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure all recruitment activities are legally compliant.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management: Keep detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the financial services industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Type: Project-based consulting role, on an as-needed basis.
Duration: Initial project with the possibility of extension based on performance and client needs.
