The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong academic and leadership background, committed to the mission of the organization. This role is pivotal in managing the school's day-to-day operations, providing executive and spiritual leadership, and ensuring the integration of a biblical worldview in all aspects of the school community. The Head of School will be responsible for the educational and managerial functions, including communication with all stakeholders, financial stewardship, curriculum development, accreditation, faculty management, and general safety and welfare of students and employees. A strong candidate for the Head of School position at the company will be deeply committed to the values of Christian education and the local church. They should be highly relational, with the ability to build trust and effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals. Experience in fundraising and a Master's degree in the education field are essential. The role requires a leader who sees their work as a calling, rather than just a job, and who is dedicated to the mission of the school. The Head of School will also be expected to teach at least one class at the secondary level and to work closely with the church's senior pastor to maintain a harmonious church/school relationship.
