E-Commerce Introduction:

NBCN LIVE business in e-commerce helps brands sell LIVE products on TikTok, such as selling yoga pants on Lululemon's TikTok account. As a host, you will represent the brand and use the brand's official account to sell LIVE products. The team will provide LIVE venues and personnel support for the brand. Each LIVE room will have a moderator and an operator to assist the host.

Responsibilities:

• Live Streaming Mastery: Host live sessions on TikTok showcasing health and fitness products, offering wellness tips, and engaging with viewers in real-time.
• Content Strategy: Develop creative concepts for live streams, plan content, script preparation, and coordinate product demonstrations.
• Audience Interaction: Actively engage with viewers during broadcasts, respond to comments and questions, and foster a community atmosphere.
• Product Promotion: Effectively promote health and fitness products, accessories, and current trends during live sessions to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to synchronize live streaming initiatives with overarching marketing strategies and product launches.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest health and fitness trends, industry developments, and influencer partnerships to maintain relevance and appeal to the target audience

Qualifications:

• Passion for Health & Fitness: Deep passion and expertise in health and fitness trends, wellness practices, and related brands.
• Social Media Proficiency: Proficient in TikTok and other social media platforms, with a strong grasp of live streaming best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage and connect with a diverse audience.
• Creativity: Ability to generate innovative and engaging content ideas that resonate with health and fitness enthusiasts.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic environment, capable of adjusting to evolving trends and viewer preferences.
• Team Collaboration: Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including marketing, content creators, and e-commerce specialists.

Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in fitness, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Professional Background: Previous experience as a Nutrionist, Yoga Instructioner, fitness instructor, wellness coach, live stream host, social media influencer, or in health and fitness retail is advantageous.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in engaging audiences and achieving results through social media platforms.

Salary:

• Primary carousel host: hourly fixed fee + commission (30/hour + 1-2%)
• Full-time host: full-time bi-weekly salary + commission (around 4k+/month + 1-2%, based on your experience and performance)
