Job Details
We’re looking for a Senior Associate or Counsel with 5-10 years of experience to join our health law team in New Haven, Stamford, or New York. You'll represent healthcare providers, vendors, tech companies, and investors in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and similar transactions. A thorough understanding of federal and state regulations, including licensure and compliance with Stark and Anti-Kickback laws, is essential. Ideal candidates will have experience working with both non-profit and for-profit healthcare clients, including private equity investors and their portfolio companies.
