Basic Qualifications Compiling and organizing financial data. Analyzing data to assist in delivering optimal financial management and decision making. Using financial data to achieve administrative needs and goals. Understanding data storage and data sharing methods. Investigating data to find patterns and trends. Understanding healthcare business operations. Utilizing different data sources for analyses. Converting data into usable information that is easy to understand. Developing reports and presentations. Communicating analytic insights to management. Analyze our company's financial records and policies Maintain data systems to track OHIP invoices and disbursements, Perform data collection from internal data systems and the Statewide Financial System (SFS), Perform data cleansing, transformation, aggregation, and summarization and output datasets for analysis, Prepare queries/reports for analyze accounting and financial results of the company. Provide audit support to internal and external auditors, as needed. Assemble and summarize data to structure reports on financial status and risks Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2 years equivalent experience *Employees must follow established work schedules. The usual work schedule is 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Normal work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise specified by the supervisor, this includes a half hour unpaid lunch break. Total work hours must equal 37.5 hours per week. Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
