Sun River Health is currently seeking a full-time Healthcare Data and Credentialing Analyst to join our team in a primarily remote setting. Evaluate medical data to improve clinical operation activities of Sun River Health. The candidate will compile and organize health care data to ensure compliance with applicable State or Federal Occupational Health regulations. The candidate will assist the VP of Employee Health Services in Occupational Health Projects including Annual Health Programs, Pre-employment health, Respiratory Protection Program, and wellness or vaccination campaigns. The candidate will prepare status reports, create record-keeping processes, and assess all data from different sources to analyze employee health progress and other related activities. The candidate will also conduct activities related to initial credentialing, re-credentialing for OLCP employees and ensure accurate file maintenance for successful audits. Job Competencies: Responsible for tracking individual Occupational Health requirements such as COVID, Flu, or other immunizations, TB screening, Annual Health. Provide review of large datasets and ensure accuracy in analysis, working with multiple departments to reconcile employee data discrepancies (HR and Informatics). Respiratory Protection Program: Tracking of FIT testing compliance for new and existing employees. Provide support in all data aspects of occupational health and perform other duties as assigned. Initiate and maintain all HRSA OLCP (Other License or Certified Health Care Practitioners) employees’ files - RN, LPN, MT, CA, DA, CASAC, and others. Review credentialing documents for completeness and thereafter ensure confidential information collection, verification, and documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures for continuous file maintenance. OCLP files are re-credentialed every two years accurately and in time before two years expiration, included but not limited to expirable documents, annual NPDB, and ensuring the file meets HRSA and other regulatory policies, guidelines, and accreditation standards for successful audit outcomes. Ensure that all required expirable documents are current. Ensure data security and confidentiality by use of a confidential system, which entails appropriate labeling of information and storage, and appropriately securing file cabinets and drawers. Strong understanding of Primary source verification, including but not limited to Licensure, Degree Verification, NYSED, RMA, NPDB, NPPES, OIG, OMIG, SAM, Opt-out, OFA, etc. Ensure HRSA employees' initial CLIA, Skills Assessment, and Annual Clinical Training assessments are maintained. Track/maintain providers and HRSA OLCP employees Initial/Annual Health Assessments. Closely monitor information collection and be organized of all information received; evaluate adequacy and quality and pursue additional information, if necessary, for effective file maintenance. If identified employees have any adverse information, immediately report accordingly. Monitor system for reporting of information and quality improvement staff to ensure that a linkage of employees’ information is maintained in all databases (credentialing and quality assurance). Keep abreast of changes to regulations and standards. Perform credentialing related tasks and other duties as assigned. Create reports and present clinical insights from the analysis of data from Sun River’s EHR – eClinicalWorks and reporting platforms (Cognos and Spotfire). Responsible for discovering discrepancies and patterns in available healthcare data. Provide reports or data presentations to the VP of Employee Health and internal and external entities as required. Provide suggestions on ways to improve workflow, delivery, and quality. Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.
