The Opportunity

We're seeking an excited, smart , goal-driven Healthcare Recruiter 'Community Lead' to expand our network of pharmacy professionals across multiple states. You'll play a crucial role in growing our provider pool and ensuring pharmacies have access to qualified staff for both permanent positions and PRN shifts. What You'll Do

  • Source and engage pharmacists and pharmacy technicians through various channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and other professional networks
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified pharmacy professionals
  • Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
  • Create compelling job posts and social media content to attract candidates
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for qualifications and availability
  • Guide candidates through the platform onboarding process
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
  • Build relationships with pharmacy schools and professional organizations
  • Stay current with pharmacy staffing trends and market conditions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience in healthcare specifically, pharmacy is a strong desire
  • Strong understanding of social media recruitment strategies
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Be unconventional, think out of the box, and hold strong opinions, loosely-held

Location

This is an in-person role based at our headquarters in Austin, Texas. We are only considering candidates willing to work in an office setting 5, sometimes 6 days a week.
