What You'll Be Doing

• Recruiting: Source and recruit Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, RNs, and Medical Assistants.
• Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and our internal database to find and engage candidates quickly.
• Interviewing: Conduct Zoom interviews with candidates on camera.
• Cold Calling: Reach out to qualified candidates to schedule interviews.
• Reporting: Report directly to the CEO.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of clinical recruitment experience with Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, RNs, and Medical Assistants.
• Strong Work Ethic: Willing and able to work 50+ hours per week (when necessary) and still be happy with life.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is crucial.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology like Salesforce, Slack, Zoom and AI tools like ChatGPT.
• High Volume Recruitment: Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Location Flexibility: Candidates outside of Phoenix are encouraged to apply; Phoenix-based candidates preferred for in-person meetups with the CEO at least 1-2 times per month.

Compensation

• $50,000 - $60,000 base pay + placement bonuses
• On Target Earnings are $90,000.
• Equity opportunity once proven to be a great fit.
