**Contribute to our Admissions Dept. mission by:**
* Providing superb guest-centered service in a high-volume and fast paced environment
* Providing quick and efficient Front Gate operations to include:
+ Proper cash transactions and ticket validation, Season Pass and Membership processing, and data entry
* Having a main focus of Guest Service
* Maintaining Six Flags Mantra of Friendly, Clean, Fast and Safe Service
* Helping drive up Guest Satisfaction Surveys
**You will do all of the above by:**
* Must be at least 15 years old
* Comply with Corporate Cash Handling, Discount, and Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
* Comply with approved ticketing procedures to include coupons, sales, voids, etc.
* Sales to include: one day and Season parking; preferred parking; one day tickets; Dining Passes; Regular and Gold Season Passes
* Ensure that coupons are entered properly and accounted for
* Scan Season Passes to ensure guest has a valid parking pass
* Process Six Flags Fiesta Texas Season Passes and Memberships accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensure that each Guest has a valid ticket or pass for Park admission
* Comply with approved ticketing procedures
* Ensure re-entry/exit procedures are adhered to at all times
* Must be able to work in a highly secured environment on a daily basis
* Must be willing to handle large transaction amounts
* Data entry to include guest information, such as name, email, etc.
* Provide accurate information to Guests
* Maintains a clean and safe working environment
* Follows delegated tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, Operations Management Team, or as stated in the Standard Operating Procedures Manual
* Comply with all Safety and Fire responsibilities, policies, and procedures
* Reports all pertinent information to Supervisor or management
* Comply with all Park and Department policies and procedures
**Contribute to our Food & Beverage Ops. Dept. mission by:**
* Provide exceptional guest service while surrounded by roller coasters
* Greet and ask guests about their favorite ride as they walk up to your location
* Take guests orders, offer suggestions, and upsell the most delicious menu items
* Feed hungry guests promptly and satisfy growling stomachs with fresh, made-to-order foods
* Operate Point of Sale (POS) cash registers
* Prepare everything from double bacon cheeseburgers to ice cold soft drinks to delectable funnel cake sundaes and more.
* Fill condiment dispensers, wipe down tables, wash dishes, and keep all areas clean and safe for guests
* Maintaining Six Flags Mantra of Friendly, Clean, Fast and Safe Service
* Assist in bringing in revenue to our food service locations
* Helping drive up Guest Satisfaction Surveys
* Maintaining our standards of food quality
**You will do all of the above by:**
* Must be at least 15 years old
* Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters
* Ability to work with a team to relay food orders as needed
* Positive attitude to make guests excited about their meal
* Have a passion for delicious food
* Maintain the cleanliness of both the dining and food preparation areas
* Rotate stock by bringing the old stock forward on the shelves by F.I.F.O.
* Performs varied tasks necessary for the upkeep of restaurants and grounds
* Friendly, outgoing personality, and the ability to address guest concerns
**Contribute to our Clean Team mission by:**
* Assist guests with park information and accurate directions to their next attraction
* Walk through the park with a broom and dustpan to ensure everything looks its best
* Hose down midways and patios before or after regular park hours
* Wipe down tables and benches
* Empty trash cans to maintain freshness
* Use chemicals to make restrooms and facilities shine
* Control inventory of paper products and supplies to keep restrooms stocked
**You will do all of the above by:**
* Must be at least 16 years old
* Friendly, outgoing personality interacting with large groups of people
* Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters
* Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness
* Must read chemical labels and MSDS of cleaning substances
* Enjoy cleaning and organizing
* Strong attention to detail
**Contribute to our Retail Dept. mission by:**
* Greet and ask guests about their favorite park experience as they enter your store or approach your register
* If the guest has never been to Six Flags before, enhance their experience by recommending rides, shows, and games
* Offer suggestions to help souvenir-seeking guests find their perfect keepsake
* Tell shoppers about promotions
* Re-stock bins, shelves, fixtures, and displays full with the newest and coolest merchandise
* Operate Point of Sale (POS) registers
* Receive and process shipments of new merchandise
* Keep aisles, countertops, and displays clean and looking organized
* Ring up everything from ride photos to apparel to action figures and homemade fudge
* Take front gate photos and character meet-and-greet pictures (when applicable)
* Be on alert for store security and loss prevention
* Working in a team to make the guest experience in the park one
**You will do all of the above by:**
* Must be at least 16 years old
* Friendly, outgoing personality inviting guests to your cart, shop, or register
* Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters
