Your new role:

As an HVAC Manager, you will oversee the nuts and bolts of our HVAC operations:

• Manage system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Design and execute preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets.
• Innovate solutions for system malfunctions and efficiency improvements.

• Have at least 5 years of managerial experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair in a residential setting
• Valid HVAC technician license or certification - required 
• Possess strong knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment, and components.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours.
• Valid drivers license an clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
