Interim Perioperative Nurse Educator
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $165000.00 - $175000.00
Join a New York hospital as their next Interim Perioperative Nurse Educator! The Position - The Interim Perioperative Nurse Educator will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day education operations throughout the department.
- The Interim Perioperative Nurse Educator will assist in the orientation for new staff members throughout the department and will ideally bring extensive experience in the preparation and execution of training initiatives.
- Will focus on Perioperative services including OR, ASU, endoscopy, and PACU units.
- Seeking a strong leader who will be able to effectively provide leadership, mentorship, and education to staff members throughout the department while enforcing accountability and driving the department to reach organizational goals.
- Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Active NY RN license is required.
Compensation Details - Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
