Location:

Remote Work Location: Client will consider remote work (outside of NB) but the contractor may be required to meet
with officials at a customers Office in NB at various times as needed during the engagement. If the successful
contractor is proposing to complete the work remotely, SNB may require a minimum of 1 to 3 site visits per year
during the engagement at the vendor’s expense. Customer will pay for on-site travel expenses above and beyond the visits
mentioned above, if requested.

1. University Degree in either Business Administration or Information Technology OR An equivalent combination of a college diploma (related to Business Administration and/or IT) and/or experience may also be considered.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience with administration and configuration of Atlassian JIRA product and development components.
3. Demonstrated expertise with JIRA user account administration, configuration, and management. Experience with Atlassian tool configuration and customization knowledge of JIRA, JQL and JIRA APIs; creation of JIRA templates, custom issues and workflows, custom forms, attributes, and development of dashboards and reports.
4. Demonstrated expertise deploying project management tools, methodologies, and best practices – to ensure Atlassian tools are optimized and used to their full capabilities across multiple project streams.
5. Demonstrated experience working with a high level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter and technical experts, and stakeholders at all levels.
6. Demonstrated experience with development and delivery of JIRA Training to project team members using a variety of forums and methods. (i.e. in person, online, training guides, learning sessions)
7. Demonstrated experience working in public sector or healthcare environments, preferably New Brunswick, showcasing a strong understanding of the local landscape, policies, and practices.
8. Certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Developer
