The Tigrett Agency is a full service branding and advertising agency based in Scottsdale, Arizona solving unique business problems for local and national companies through data-driven creativity and strategic planning.

We're hiring a Junior Art Director to join our creative team dedicated to bringing campaigns and creative ideas to life for local and national brands. We’re looking for a creative that’s also a maker – one that will concept and is ready to grab a camera and go create content. What you will be doing: 

• Create smart, compelling, and innovative creative solutions across a wide array of integrated branding platforms.
• Conception, design and execution of digital visuals for use in online advertising, digital marketing, social media, and print advertising.
• Bring ideas to life through photography, video production or graphic design.
• Produce storyboards when necessary to visualize ideas and concepts.
• Actively participates in brainstorming and campaign concept meetings and is enthusiastic to ideate with the larger team.
• Be a trusted creative partner who develops strong relationships within creative and across other cross-functional departments. 
• Problem solver who works to communicate expected issues and opportunities in advance and contribute ideas for solutions.
• Ownership of leading and delivering strategy-aligned campaigns on time and on budget.

What you need to be great in this role: 

• 3+ years experience at an Advertising Agency/Design Studio/Branding Firm.
• A diverse portfolio that shows a range of advertising, digital, and print work. 
• Expert knowledge of art direction, photography, film, graphic design, typography 
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred and/or relative experience with advertising/marketing agency. 
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products, working knowledge of Figma also a plus!
• Ability to effectively organize workload and prioritize based on project deadlines.
• Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
