A Day in the Life of a Leader at Chick-fil-A Poplar Avenue Leaders are expected to work 40+ hours/week at Chick-fil-A Poplar Avenue and are responsible for either day or night operations for one or more of the following shifts:
Day Shifts: 5am - 2pm
Mid Shifts: 11am - 7pm
Night Shifts: 2pm - 11pm
You will be responsible, daily, for leading in all aspects of shift management ensuring operational excellence from your team of up to 40 people and that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Those responsibilities include:
- Enacting the Operator's vision each day
- Adhering to all Company policies and procedures
- Achieving the desired business results with sales, hospitality and food safety
