Our law firm is expanding!

Now it is your turn to identify and interview candidates while reviewing resumes on our busy Human Resource team. Lots of variety as you identify prospective new hires for entry into the field of law.
Lots of interaction with other departments as you refer candidates and make hiring recommendations.

Position Overview:
  • The ideal candidate will have a college degree and some experience in Legal recruitment. 
  • One must work with a sense of urgency when scheduling interviews to ensure we secure the best and the brightest for our prestigious loop law firm. Lots of challenge and growth.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to one year in recruitment .
  • Effective management skills.
  • willingness to travel to Midwest and East Coast campuses for on-site interviewing.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
